The Canton High School girls golf team competed in the Wildcat invitational at Sulphur Springs Country Club Oct. 17 and finished first overall with a team score of 350. Teams they beat included Sulphur Springs, Paris, Longview and Texas High. Individual results included Taryn Clayton shooting an 81 to finish fourth overall, Bella Irwin shooting an 86, Caroline Stern an 89, Jayme Robertson a 94 and Jessica Lea an 106.
